When do you ship packages?
Right now I am shipping once a week from the U.S. East Coast.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Digital downloads get immediate access.
Domestic US orders usually take 4-5 business days after I ship. Please plan for 3 weeks minimum if you are shipping for something special with a deadline.
Right now, I am not shipping internationally.
Do you accept edits to orders, returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
What if something happens to my package or if it is sent returned to sender?
Notify us if there are any issues using the form below! Please triple-check your address before ordering to avoid additional shipping charges.
Will you write a note for the recipient for me?
Unfortunately, Rory cannot write special messages on or inside the package.
What should I do if I want to send a package to a friend and I want their name on the label instead of mine?
No problem. Just add a note in the checkout that you're sending this package to a friend and write their name or include it as the shipping address.
